Framing Critique

I actually really like the picture. I like how its not just framed within two bushes. You have a person and a plant. It lets you know someone is watching what he is doing so it gives you an idea about what it is going on at this time.

Hands and Feet Critique

Though the printing of the picture wasn't very good I like the actual picture with the kittens paws and person's hands.

 It is interesting with the feet in the hands.

 All the different layers are nice.

The old texture of the hands are interesting.

 I like the motion.

The flower adds a nice touch.

Rule of Third Examples

 Search the internet and find 5 photos that utilize “rule of thirds” in different ways.  Write a short statement as to why you were attracted to each photo.

 I like the simplicity of this photo.

 It draws your eye directly to the ladybug.

 It is balanced.

 You look right at the lighthouse.

It is powerful and simple.

Critique Rule of Thirds

            Go into your blog and copy one photo from YOUR “rule of thirds” assignment.  Give an honest critique of that photo.  Are you happy with it?  If so, what do you like?  If not, what would you change?  Is there anything you could improve upon?

What I don't like about this picture is how the camera is tilted so the window lines go up. Also the branch on the side kind of distracts me. I like the cats position though.

Critique of Conveying a Message

This picture was taken at our pageant. I really like this picure because I think the moment is nice. I think it conveys a 'princess' message pretty clearly.

Line Picture Critique

I did not like my ribbon picture. It was very out of focus. I liked my fence picture a lot. The branch was slightly distracting but I liked the picture overall.
